Bricksnblocks connects you with property owners interested in renting or selling their properties. However, Bricksnblocks cannot guarantee that you will successfully rent or purchase a property, as this depends on various factors beyond our control

Bricksnblocks Property Availability

Due to prompt responses to listed properties, the availability of properties on our platform is subject to frequent changes. Bricksnblocks cannot guarantee the availability of any property at any given time

Bricksnblocks Refund Policy

If you are a subscribed user of Bricksnblocks, you may request a refund within 24 hours of package activation. To do so, please email your concern to support@bricksnblocks.co.in. Our support team will review the request and, if the reason is found to be genuine, process the refund within 7 working days. Refunds or extensions will not be provided after the 24-hour period has passed

Bricksnblocks Cancellation Policy

Once a package is activated, it cannot be canceled, paused, or transferred after the initial 24-hour period

Bricksnblocks Termination Policy

If we detect any suspicious activity or misuse of the package, such as obtaining contact details for harassment purposes, Bricksnblocks reserves the right to cancel the plan or account without prior notice. Legal action may be taken at your own cost.
